Do I need a credit card to start the free trial?
No. The 7-day free trial for Member and Premium plans requires no credit card. You only enter payment details if you decide to continue after the trial ends.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Your plan renews each month automatically so your access never gets interrupted mid-study. If you need to stop, cancel from your dashboard at any time — no fees, no questions asked. Access continues through the end of the period you paid for.
Can I switch between plans?
Yes. Upgrade from Member to Premium anytime — you'll be charged the prorated difference for the remaining period. Downgrade takes effect at the next billing cycle.
Does the question bank cover both CHC and CHPC?
Yes. Member and Premium access includes questions for both certifications. Questions are tagged so you can filter by cert type and domain.
What's included in live office hours?
Premium members get access to one live monthly Q&A session with a credentialed healthcare compliance professional. Sessions are recorded and posted to the member portal within 48 hours.
Is there a discount for teams or organizations?

What happens to my progress if I cancel?
